Hopper Bins

DDEHŞETİLER® manufactures bins using 100 mm. corrugated sheet. This corrugation is 12% stronger than conventional 76 mm. corrugated sheets. The corrugated sheets have 110 cm. height results 30% fewer seams between sheets for faster erection and beter weather protection.

The sidewall sheets are supported by the heavy duty stiffeners to carry extra load. These stiffeners transfer the drawdown loads to foundation. In the case of earthquake, these stiffeners carry the seismic loads. For this reason, the stiffeners on DEHŞETİLER® silos are thicker and manufactured from more tensile strength steel.  

The stiffeners are added each other by a plate at their forehead. This plate is factory-welded to the stiffener. By this plate the loads carried by stiffeners are transfered axially and the deformations at these parts are prevented. The roof panels are triangle in shape and two sides of the panels are roll formed as a 90 mm. deep trapeze. 

Bucket Elevator

These equipments are used for the vertival handling of grain according to the capacity needed. The rubber belt have high carrying capacity. The buckets would be either plastic or metal. The top and bottom head of the elevator are manufactured to be opened easily during  maintenance. Its easy to take the belt pulley away. The elevator pipes, all connections have high damp and dust isolation.

Screw Augers

These equipments are used for inclined and horizontal handling of grain.according to the capacity needed. There 2 types of screw augers: tube type and U type.

Chain Conveyors

These equipments are used for the horizontal handling of grain. The conveyor chains are made of from high tensile strength steel. By the plastic pedals mounted on the conveyor chain, all the interior friction is decreased and the capacity of conveyor is increased. These equipments are manufactured according to the capacity needed.

Tower For Elevator and Cat Walk

Tower for Elevator
These steel construction towers are made to support the high elevators. They might be painted or hot dip galvanized. There are platforms at the side of distributors and top head of the elevator.

Cat Walk
The catwalk  which are supported by silo sidewall and center supports, carries the handling equipment at the top of the silo. These are produced as painted or hot dip galvanized.

Distributors

According to needed capacity, the distributors channel the grain which comes from one point to several point. These distributors are controlled by magnetic sensors, and they are dustproof.

Motorized Shut-off Slide Valve

These equipments are mounted on handling equipment to control the grain flow.

Sweep Auger

Sweep auger handles the grain from side to centre of the silo.There are two types of sweep auger. Mobile and immobile . The mobile sweep auger is gear reducer driven and equipped with an electric device against cable twist.

Automation System

All the equipment mentioned above are compatible with PLC controlled automation systems. By the automation system, temperature monitoring, level monitoring, stock control, operating the aeration and handling equipment, reporting and easy failure check of the system are done automatically by the system.

Aeration System

The grain in the silo must be aerated for a long time storage. In this system the silo is aerated by high pressure radial fans. The air pass through the grain and leave the silo from the ventilation outlets at the roof of the silo.

Temperature Monitoring Sys.

By using thermocouple, temperature can be monitored at any level of the silo. There are mobile and central display units. This system also can be connected to any automation system. 

Compact Feed Mill

These compact feed mill are for farms and small firms. Turnkey foundations up to 20 tons/hour capacity feed mill are installed by Dehşetiler. 

Truck Unloading Platform

Dehşetiler manufactures truck unloading platforms  in different lifting capacities. In the grain storage system, these platforms lift the truck up to 40 degree slope for easy unloading.
