San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. established to manufacture Grain
Storage Systems in 1998 than in march 2000
the firm began to manufacture silos for commercial use.
The grain bins and storage tanks are manufactured from high
tensile strength steel that is 450
gr/m2 hot dip galvanize coated. Some parts
of bins that have to be manufactured by welding are hot dip
galvanized after manufacturing. Each fastener is di-chromate
coated to help to prevent rusting and equipped with a
steel-backed neoprene washer which provides a tight seal to
help keep out moisture.
Dehşetiler manufactures bins using 100 mm.
corrugated steel. 100 mm corrugation is
12 % stronger than conventional 76
mm corrugated sheets. 100 mm
corrugated steel sheets have 110 cm. height
results in 30 % fewer wall sheets and seams
for faster erection and better weather protection. Sidewalls
are designed to withstand 150 km/hr winds
even the bin is empty and the roof panels are designed to
carry 120 kg/m2 snow load.
The bins are equipped with temperature monitoring
system. By this system the inner temperature of the
bin is monitored and controlled. The bins are aerated by
aeration fans.
The grain storage system is a complete system by loading
and unloading of the bins, truck unloading lift, temperature
monitoring and aeration systems. Our firm Dehşetiler installs
all these system in every where. Our firm helps customer for
technical subjects in the planning of the grain storage
fields.
